Hear say?
Earsay?
(Ear) say what?
(Ear) say this!!

Ever since its inception in 1987, the Third Ear record shop has been a musical haven for all that is different and adventurous in music. Apart from importing to Israel the best and latest in alternative music (alternative in the widest definition possible), the Third Ear record shop has always looked for ways to help the "outsiders" of the local music industry, those musicians who share the same musical and ideological artistic non-conformity. For these artists and their musical endeavors, in 1998 the Third Ear established the Earsay record label.

Earsay artists do not limit themselves to the influences of their home country; they are in full touch with the musical changes happening in Europe and the USA, and offer their unique sound and music injection to the international music scene.

Earsay's Jazz - New Music from Israel

Launched two years later, Earsay's Jazz is our contribution to world of independent Jazz labels.
The past few years saw some developments in the attitude and the way new music is being referred to both by Israeli Jazz musicians and the audience. Earsay's Jazz tries to document and capture some of the outcome results. While some artists have already made themselves known to the contemporary Jazz community in the US, some are still waiting to be discovered.
